Continuous Rehab Services at the MAC H2OPE Clinic

The MAC H2OPE Clinic has provided rehabilitation services to people within the Hamilton area who would otherwise have no access. A partnership with the McMaster Family Health Team has resulted in both PT and OT services offered consistently throughout the year. Read more.
